LEASING RIGHTS....
All non-exclusive (no contract signed) beats are leased beats, You may use the beat for
non-profit promotional use and/or demos. Up to 3,500 copies. You may use them on your album. You have full rights to record on said beat. You may NOT however alter the beat and claim it as your own, nor co-production. You can NOT resell the beat, it is still mine. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You must give full credit to the producer on all recordings, playings, etc via shout out.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS...
Exclusive beats can only be sold once! You have unlimited usage, can distribute to unlimited number of copies. Upon purchase you will receive the fully tracked out beat in .wav for you to master, and a contract via email in .pdf granting you exclusive rights to the beat within 24-48 hrs after Payment is received. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You may NOT add to said track to claim co-production. I will, however, receive royalties from the sale of records or downloads, as stated in the contract. You must give full credit to the
producer on all commercial recordings. If there is a sample I am NOT responsible for clearing it. You agree to be responsible for said track! I will, however, let you know the artist, label, and publishing company if I can find it. Failure to sign and send back the contract or failure to adhere to even the most simplest of negotiations negates the contract, but your money will NOT be returned due to breach of contract.
