Any artist looking for custom beats, contact this email address jrelzexclusivebeats@yahoo.com, with a detailed description of how you would like the beat made.  Feel free to reference another song to help with the description. 

PRICE: $30 (half upfront and half after beat is complete)

NOTE::: Unless "Exclusive Rights" are purchased for said custom beat, it is still considered a "lease beat."  I will wait approximately 2 weeks after you have purchased the "non-exclusive lease" to give you a chance to purchase the "exclusive rights" if desired.  If not the beat will be placed on the site with the rest of the catalog.  The $15 upfront cost is non-refundable and/or non-negotiable, it is to ensure that both parties complete their obligation to the business transaction.
